Sparloft Industries is a family owned and operated sparmaking, rigging and marine hardware business established in 1979 by the proprietors John and Raewyn Bennett.

Sparloft are licensed spar makers for the International Etchells Class, J/22 and J/24 International keelboat classes, suppliers of masts for Farr 1020, Ross 780 & 930 Dragon. Thunderbird 26 and many other designs .

We also make custom rigs for trailer sailers and keelboats using extrusions which include the range of sections originally used by Lindsay Aitchison, and replacements for Baverstock tubes and extrusions.

We ship masts anywhere in the world and can rig boats throughout NZ from the Far North to Bluff, Australia and the South Pacific.

Sparloft distribute and install Battslide, Schaefer Marine hardware, Tuff Luff headfoils, Schaefer boom furlers and headsail furling systems in NZ and the South Pacific.

We are also agents for Arco winches, Le Fiell mast extrusions and Ronstan rigging screws and swages
- In 1989 Sparloft acquired the moulds for the Farr 1104. Building 6 yachts with modern keels and rudders these moulds are in storage and available for sale . including hatch and keel moulds. copywrite required from Bruce Farr for any construction of boats (POA).
